join.me pro offers a basic set of functionalities, such as; screen sharing, presenter swap, and recording of web conferences. Making for a quick understanding of the tool, however this web conferencing solution has not yet integrated video conferencing functionality. A one-time installation of the application is required for all hosts. Participants can join the meeting via browser.
If the host wants to schedule a web meeting they need to log onto the online portal. The invitation process is integrated with Google and Outlook email client, which means that the host can enter the participants' email addresses and the meeting is added to the host's respective calendar. There is also the possibility to directly schedule and start a meeting via the Google and Outlook plugin.
